The content below is not accessible for the following reasons:A. Failure to comply with RD 1112/2018
  • In the portal there are contents that are not presented to the user with alternative texts that serve an equivalent purpose.
  • It is not easy to locate certain information, structure and relationships through presentation.
  • All content functionalities are not operable through a keyboard interface without requiring specific timings for individual keystrokes.
  • For each time limit set by the content, the following is not met:
    • Off: The user can deactivate the time limit before finding it.
    • Adjustment: The user can adjust the time limit before meeting it in a wide range that is at least ten times the length of the default setting;
    • Extend: The user is warned before the time expires and is given at least 20 seconds to extend the time limit with a simple action (e.g. "press the space bar"), and the user can extend the time limit at least ten times.
  • For moving, flashing, scrolling, or auto-updating information, the following conditions are not met:
    • Moving, blinking, scrolling: For any moving, blinking, or scrolling information that (1) starts automatically, (2) lasts longer than five seconds, and (3) is presented in parallel with other content, there is a mechanism for the user to pause, stop, or hide unless the movement, blinking, or scrolling is part of an activity in which it is essential;
    • Automatic Update: For any automatic update information that (1) starts automatically and (2) is presented in parallel with other content, there is a mechanism for the user to pause, stop, hide, or control the frequency of the update unless the update is part of an activity where it is critical.
  • There is no mechanism available to omit blocks of content that are repeated across multiple web pages.
  • For user interface components with labels that include text or text images, the name does not contain the text that is visually presented.
  • The default human language of each web page cannot be determined by programming.
  • No labels or instructions are provided when the content requires user intervention.
  • For all user interface components (including, but not limited to: form elements, links, and scripted components), the name and function cannot be determined programmatically; user-settable states, properties, and values cannot be set programmatically; and notification of changes to these elements are not available to user agents, including assistive technologies.
  • The content cannot be presented without loss of information or functionality, and without the need to move in two dimensions to
    • Vertical scrolling content with a width equivalent to 320 CSS pixels
    • Horizontal scrolling content at a height equivalent to 256 CSS pixels.
  • B. disproportionate burden
    • Not applicable
  • C. the content is not within the scope of applicable law
    • There may be office files in PDF or other formats published before September 20, 2018 that do not fully meet all accessibility requirements. Although efforts have been made to ensure that most of them do.
